I remember during my first job as a lecturer at Informatics my boss usually says "Once you step on this carpet(office entrance) forget all your personal problems and start working for your problems here". Maybe she is true with her statement. We have different roles in our lives, and once you stepped on your role carpet perform your job well. Sometimes we cannot avoid bringing our personal problems in our workplace or even bringing our workplace at our homes, this is normal specially when we are not on a rush for a deadline and continue doing it at home or weeping at the office when our beloved ones left us. But I dont think its normal when you are doin it most of the time. Our role for every carpet that we stepped is affected by those unrelated matters. we cannot perform well in our office if we keep on thinking personal problems and if you brought your work at your homes then it might affect your quality time for your family. So lessons says, "WATCH YOUR STEP", it might get you into trouble if you dont.
