HP BladeSystem c3000 Enclosure for desktop support people

What it is HP BladeSystem c3000 Enclosure?

The first time I heard of this technology, the first thing that came into my mind is that,  the system was already the server itself, Until I became an understudy of network group in our organization (by the way, I was then a desktop support before I came to this group with a very little knowledge on servers).

Obviously it is an ENCLOSURE, it is just like a server rack and a data center in one (nice technology). You can even place it under your desk that doesn't need that much special room, suitable for SMBs(Small-Medium Busineses) that has limited resources.

HP BladeSystem c3000 Enclosure as a Data Center

Yours truly mentioned a while ago that HP BladeSystem c3000 Enclosure is also a Data Center. But what is a data center? If we are in an enterprise environment (An organization with much servers, switches, racks and routers), we usually encounter a room that has a sign of "Server Room:RESTRICTED AREA, Authorised MIS Personnel Only" maybe that is your Data Center and even that you are a MIS personnel like encoder or even a desktop support and you are not authorised to enter... then you are restricted and only network engineers with special access can enter to that room.

With this HP BladeSystem c3000 Enclosure, you don't need special rooms for your racks, switches and routers, etc., because its is already placed in the enclosure with less or minimum cable management requirement and most of all you don't need support engineers to get into the server room just to manage or check the hardware status physically, you can view the system's status via web-based interface. You can check the full system specification by clicking the link.
